Certainly a Civilization Level 0 or .001. We are just beginning to see what is possible.

Artificial intelligence will enable us to move up the scale a great deal heading towards Level 1. The problems we are stumped by today will be solved in minutes when AI reaches even 50% capacity.

What is good, at the same time, people like Musk and Bezos are forging ahead for us to start investigating more into space. Over time, we will get further along there. Mars seems to be the focus for now but there are other projects that are looking beyond that. A lot of this depends upon energy which is presently stifled by the big fossil fuel companies. Once we start to unlock the free and top end potential of energy, we will advance rapidly.
