Panang curry with chicken and banana

Its taste likes a massaman curry with potato

Ingredients< for 6 people

  • 6 tbs panang curry paste
  • 500 ml rich taste of coconut milk
  • 1,500 ml hot water
  • 9 unripe bananas
  • 3 chicken legs
  • 4 tbs coconut sugar
  • 4 tbs fish sauce

How to<

  1. Chicken leg, cut between thigh with hip.
  2. Banana, cut head and tail then cut into 4 parts, by cut at the middle in length and width), peel and soak in saline.
  3. Add a little of coconut milk in a pot when it’s hot, add the curry paste, stir fry it with low heat.
  4. When the curry paste is aromatic, add remaining of the coconut milk and use high heat.
  5. When the coconut milk is boiled, add the chicken and close a cover. Wait for 7 minutes.
  6. Add hot water and mix them, close the cover again and wait about 10 minutes.
  7. Flavor with coconut sugar and fish sauce then add banana and wait for 5 minutes.
