We love ramen at our place
Made this with a mushroom based stock; added a tare of white miso, white sesame paste, garlic and a little sugar which was whisked into the strained stock . We kept it vegetarian by adding some teriyaki tofu and lots of green vegetables and beans .. just added plain boiled egg as well. I chopped the mushrooms we used for the soup base and fried them in some sesame oil..
