Received a issue from sct user today.

Issue :

• sct.voter로 sct를 송금했는데 업보팅이 없습니다.

• 스팀엔진락스에서 해당계정으로 검색해 보니 해당거래에 빨간색메세지 "overdrawn balance" 가 있습니다.

• I sent SCT to @sct.voter but there is nothing up-vote from @sct.voter. What happened?

• There is a red colored message on my transaction record of steem-engine.rocks "overdrawn balance".

Answer from developer.

해당 메세지는 sct의 잔고 부족 이란 뜻으로 잔고부족으로 인한 거래실패 입니다.
클레임 이후 일정 지연시간 이후에 해당계정으로 입금되는 경우도 있으니 전송하기 전에 지갑의 잔고를 확인 하신 이후에 sct.voter로 다시 전송하시면 되겠습니다.

That message means less balance than the amount that you tried to send that is why the transaction failed.
Sometimes the account balance needs delay time to update after claim it, so you may need to check the balance correctly in your wallet and send again the sct to @sct.voter.
