Link Reits
With the broad market going down like this, one would find if there is any "value" stock out there to buy. In general, I will wait until there is some more momentum in the market, but I do have a bit of money that I will try to time the market and buy low.
Like the US Retail related (e.g. SPG), Link Reit (823.HK) also get hit hard due to coronavirus as well as uncertainty within the economy, especially link reit consists of a large portion of retail related properties within the portfolio.
Link is the King of Reits in HK, not just the quality of the portfolio but also the strong balance sheet. In general, HK activities have reduced but the gearing of Link is only 13.5% and their goal is also to unlock the best asset via acquisition. I do believe Link will be a quick turnaround play.
