The Rust Factory

After years of painting, printmaking and drawing I discovered mixed media assemblage. I have created a series of figures from found metal and magnets. Most of these, including this one, use old railroad metal and magnets scavenged from several sources. Here is an elephant from early in the series, named after a character from Dr. Seuss.
