As U know I am also working in this arena,
with my Simplified Tesla Generator. I would
not even attempt to OS this project until I get
my own working 100%. It is pure electricity generation
with no measurable anti-gravity effects but I have had
isolated cooling effects and self-charging effects in caps
so there is definite negentropy going on.
