Segwit On Pace to Activate
In the Bitcoin blockchain, if 1916 blocks signal readiness to implement segwit during the current period -- period 19 -- then segwit will be implemented.
Two days ago, the percentage of "ready" blocks was 14% behind. But now, with only 69.5% of period 19 over, the percentage of ready blocks has increased to less than 1% behind. A total of 68.6% of blocks have signaled readiness.
100% of the "last 144" blocks have signaled readiness, and this 100% level has been maintained for several days. So I predict that the required 1916 blocks will be reached before period 19 ends.
