RE: Of brushing your teeth three times a day
How come this brilliant mediocre post of yours didn't get any recognition, while so many not-so-mediocre ones are showered with gold?
I literally laughed (at least twice, maybe thrice) reading this prose/satire/awareness campaign of yours. Still fresh from the wounds borne through scaling and cavity filling... I will say: thrice a day is still out of the question. Twice a day, maybe, if I don’t forget the horrors of the dental chair too soon.
The 45-degree angle... I could never get it right. Like, my teeth are already at an angle, and then I grab the brush in a way that... I’m pretty sure it’s 35 degrees or so. I don’t know...
Welcome to my blog, haha. That's the way it is, you know it :-) Besides, I love being low key...
The fact that you (and a few others) found this post and enjoyed reading it is all the compensation I need.
As for the 45-degree angle, maybe there is scientific credence to that, but I maintain that brushing at whatever angle feels right works fine, as long as you're mindful of the gumline...(?)
