Inspiration or Perspiration or ??

Occasionally in life you are truly inspired and creative and results just appear. Sometime outcomes are from working hard, grinding and determination. Yet many of the time you don’t have inspiration or perspiration but stuff still must get done, what drives you in those moments? Regardless of what drives you are the results the same?
