Hello dear Emeseeseese Followers this time we come to present a post but in the style:

Emeeseese Subversive Team

The content of this article is developed motivated the contest "Restricted & Unrestricted Internet - Freedom World", organized by @upmewhale, for more information you can go to the following link

Yes! As you read, we take advantage of the contest to denounce a limitation and restriction to the fundamental rights that human beings have by nature:

The possibility of expressing its disagreement in a peaceful way for some management, the free use of technology for the benefit of the community and, above all, the limitation of the use of technology expressed in blocking Web pages and Applications and even projects based on Blockchain technology by part the Spanish administrations.

Keep up with us, and find out what is really happening in the 21st century, when technology advances at a galloping pace, but some states (with obsolete infrastructure) do not understand it and much less can accept it.

We want to exemplify the limitations imposed by the Spanish government to the inhabitants of the Autonomous Community of Catalonia, a territory that historically struggles for its total independence.

For now, a short and precise video will allow them to have a better idea of what this independence process represents for Catalonia:

Considering that its culture, language and collective identity is different from that of the rest of the country, it already indicates that its historical origin is different. It is one of the main industrialized cities of this Iberian country, with an important geographical position, whose extensive coastline that borders the Mediterranean Sea gives it a huge advantage for its trade. They have everything to be independent and beyond that, as a people they have the right.

In 2017

Referendum October 1, 2017

The explained above allows us to see (of one form general) the reasons why on October 1, 2017 a Referendum was carried out (or attempted) by the Catalan community, to determine if the population wanted The independence of the state Spanish.

This day begins a wave of legal and technical limitations led by the government of that country to limit the possibility of the people manifesting themselves through the vote. It was literally:

A real war in the networks, two administrations faced, legal and technical blockade by the government, and the maneuvers of the activists assembling services to make voting possible

Will you wonder how? Well, we will state a few examples below:

On September 13, the Spanish Civil Guard (GCE) entered the CDMon operator of Malgrat de Mar with an order from the Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia to close the official website of the referendum.

On September 20, the GCE responsible for technology of the puntCAT Foundation, forced the elimination of .cat domains from websites related to the referendum and computer material was taken from the offices.

On September 22, the police entered the home of a young Valencian, seized his mobile phone, hard drives, and changed account passwords on the Internet All this for having published a list of mirror web pages of the referendum. Source

Days later, dozens of young people who openly published page information with information in favor of the referendum were cited and investigated.

The Page of the Catalan National Assembly (ANC) was also closed (Image 1 on the right). It should, be noted that this closure was made without prior notice, as expressed through the Twitter account of Adrià Alsina (ANC communication manager) with the following words:

”We are already there. In Spain, the Civil Guard may close the website of a private legal entity without prior notification. Hello, dictatorship”

But! a few hours later and from another domain this page was opened, expressed jokingly through a new Twitter account (Image 2 on the right) Source

A page created by Carles Puigdemont (then President of the Generalitat) for the realization of the referendum was closed by court order, however a few minutes later two addresses were created (www.ref1oct.eu and www.ref1oct.cat) that were clones of the first one was closed, but with the difference that these last two were armored with an anti-attack system, also housed in Luxembourg and the United Kingdom, respectively, in order to prevent them from being closed.

How they have been able to demonstrate, in the same way in which the Spanish government tried to limit the possibility of carrying out the referendum by the Catalan population with the blocking of many web pages, servers of the universal census and attacks on the infrastructure. The response of the employees of the Generalitat and groups of pro-independence activists were swift, leaving basically without technological tools to government authoritarianism.

In view of this, the Spanish Government showing what they were doing in colonial times, invasions and other historical atrocities of which many records remain. They made use of a brutal and violent police deployment to lash out at peaceful voters, forcibly entering different polling stations and taking boxes with the votes, to try to outlaw the process.

This crude video shows violence by security forces to limit suffrage:

What do you think about this true demonstration of democracy and respect for human rights by the "Public Order" forces of the state? Notice the sarcasm in the question

Though! everything does not end there, currently the battle is still in the networks ...

As a result of this referendum process, all those who favored and carried out this vote were requested (by the Judicial Organisms of this country), many are in exile, others were unable to do so and were arrested by the pseudo - Spanish justice, who alleged charges of sedition and embezzlement and were prosecuted with sentences that add up to 100 years.

Given this injustice, the population of Catalonia has been calling for permanent peaceful demonstrations, the state police continue to pursue political persecution, intervening phones, computers and other communication mechanisms, which is why they have created different tools (applications) to communicate and Organize without the possibility of being detected so as not to anticipate your movements.

Among them, we can mention an application called Tsunami Democràtic, created with the following objective:

Restart political movement and campaign for self-determination by mobilizing street protests and peaceful civil disobedience). Source

This application was hosted as an APK on GitHub, the world's largest repository of applications and code. Supporters of the independence of Catalonia must register and the application asks them to fulfill a promise of non-violence (point 3 in the image on the left):

Again the Spanish Government does its own.

A letter is issued manipulating reality to the management of GitHub, expressly requesting that Tsunami Democràtic be removed from its platform, trying to justify it, among other falsehoods with the following paragraph:

"There is an ongoing investigation conducted by the National Superior Court where the Tsunami Democràtic movement has been confirmed as a criminal organization that leads people to commit terrorist attacks. The main objective of Tsunami Democràtic is to coordinate these riots and actions Terrorists using any possible means, "writes the Civil Guard in the letter sent to Github - attaching a national court order" to request both retention of content and data related to the aforementioned investigation” Source

It is more than evident that the Spanish government seems to be still under the leadership of Franco (Dictator who ruled Spain between 1939 until his death in 1975). This type of request for censorship and closure of an App with a direct letter to Github has only been carried out by China,Russia and now Spain ...

But no, that is happening now, in the middle of the century of technological revolution and people with medieval thought do not understand this process.

For now Tsunami Democràtic will continue to call non-violent mobilizations without restrictions.

You can meet her from Telegram App, on the https://t.me/tsunamid channel, where she has 410,237 followers at the time of this edition. In addition, you can continue downloading the decentralized, updated and fully operational application on the following channel: https://t.me/apptsunamidemocratic.

Blockchain, the next great revolution

Thanks to all this process, the blockchain is seen as a tool that would allow everything necessary to achieve even the objective of a referendum with guarantees, since an open source book would facilitate the referendum without the possibility that the State can stop it, or hack. That is why, the Generalitat de Catalunya tries to carry out a project called "Blockchain Strategy" with the aim of implementing a distributed registration technology (DLT) to the public administration, among the many things they intended to do Starting is to seek a decentralized system of finance, electronic voting, health ... +info

But! ... more censorship?

The Spanish government (again) issued a decree to adopt urgent measures based on security in digital administration.+Info

Alleging that:

”The National Identity Document (DNI) is “the only document with sufficient value in itself for the accreditation, for all purposes, of the identity and personal data of its owner ” Source

And highlighting that:

”Finally, article 3 of this decree-law incorporates a sixth additional provision to Law 39/2015 [...] may not be authorized, identification systems based on distributed registration technologies and signature systems based on the foregoing, as long as they are not subject to specific regulation by the State within the framework of European Union Law”. Source

We believe that this is enough to notice the attempts to restrict freedoms and the DECENTRALIZATION ... this last word does not fit within a medieval and colonialist thought.

We have faith that at some point (sooner rather than later) Blockchain can help the liberation of many peoples, and making the abuse of power impossible

Thank you very much for reading, we hope to open the eyes of many with this publication, in addition to showing the world part of the reality that occurs in Spain.

La libertad de expresión es algo que no deberían de tratar de quitar. No somos máquinas que obedecen lo que los de mayor rango quieren que hagamos, eso debería aplicar a cada situación, somos individuos pensantes no reprimidos.
