Just the Way I Am
Whether I’m good or bad, I am who I am,
I live for myself, not for everyone’s approval.
I don’t judge myself through someone else’s eyes,
Because their opinions don’t define my worth.
I have flaws, but I also have my strengths,
And I’m learning to accept every part of me.
I don’t need to make everyone happy,
Nor do I need to fit into someone else’s expectations.
My journey is mine, and so are my choices,
I’d rather be real than pretend to be perfect.
I may not be everyone’s favorite person,
But I am enough for myself—and that’s what matters.
