I had some trouble getting myself fully into the video (I'm learning so bare with me as I get things figured!) and I also miss-counted my reps... What can I say other then it's been a hell of a long day and I'm coming to you raw and real! hahaha! :D

If your wondering... During the Spider-man movies the actor REALLY had to get good at this particular move! His form had to be even more strict than mine to pull off the illusion that he was climbing like a spider up the city walls of NYC...

How did they achieve this effect?

By having Peter Parker (A.K.A. Tobey Maguire) crawl along the floor with a camera overhead... The floor was staged like a wall with air conditioning units and windows set strategically in place! Pretty cool if you ask me!

So! I'm going to keep working at these push-ups until I get even better.
