I made a mistake and I withdrew my coins to an address that I had from you from my previous transaction, but the first transaction was just a testing one.
The problem was that in this previous transaction I didn't turn on "reusable address" option.
Were my coins (worth hundreds) lost in limbo?
I went to their support site to find some answers.
I was relieved!
But even before I had a chance to write you a support ticket the transaction went through and the exchange was completed. Even without the option turned on!
