some of my votes decrease the amount of the publication instead of increasing it

This happens in times of falling prices with STEEM, @mariita52. It is not because of your vote, but your vote triggers a "reset" in the rewards calculation. You vote still helps even though it does not seem to. This is another of the odd things about STEEM!
