Hi i have a question about share2steem platform absolute score and relative score.
Does it take time to update? Because it seems to take a lot of time before the relative score goes up despite having a high absolute score?
Yes, it takes some time (approximatively 20 minutes).

Regarding the score system. I don't really understand the points for influence.
Equation for influence score is bit of mark in my eyes maybe if it is possible to use some kind of engagement tracking instead of age acc for example.
Influence score is your "influence" on the social networks, not here on Steem. It's still in BETA though, the exact formula to calculate it will be subject to changes soon.
