Overview:

What Is It?

SHIFT.cash, referred to from this point on as (SCASH),
is a blockchain based car title loan platform. SCASH connects borrowers with collateral properties, to investors around the world. The SCASH token will be used in tokenization of collateral(the car). Loans are directly issued in SCASH and converted into FIAT through their built in module SHIFT.exchange, directly displaying the borrowers balance in FIAT.

Community

So for this one there is not that big of a known community but, I think the players in the background like, big investors, will really jump at this opportunity. This is a really good platform with a solid knowledgeable team that could really succeed at moving the Car Title Loan industry to the blockchain, if they are who they claim to be.

Team

In my opinion this team is a little worrisome. They all come from the same college in the same country most of them having endorsements on their linkedin profiles from the same person. It could be that they are just a group of friends who went to college together or something else entirely.

Website

The website they have setup is very well designed, full of all the right information, and overall very fluid. However they have only registered the domain for a year. Why is that?

Token Usability

The ecosystem that is outlined in the whitepaper states, no matter what there will be more SCASH bought then sold. I think the usability is there if people become more attracted to this type of lending. The price of the token will appreciate if they are successful at launching their platform. What I think some people don't understand is that these systems have existed previously just without the blockchain technology and, not everyone is to keen on digitizing the world.

Summary:

All in all I will not be participating in this ICO. This one doesn't really stick out at me that much and they need to do a better job at listing all the right information on their homepage. It would be good to know if they are a registered company with jurisdication over these types of transactions but, they don't list anything of the sort. There are a few red flags in this one. The team almost looks too good and all from the same college seems a little fishy.
