i have no idea what IPSC is... but I feel excited about you. respect! I shoot a sniper gun too...... but only in Fallout games :-)

yes, Fallout is a series of games set up in post-apocalyptic decorations on the wastelands of southern US. do I sound like a promoter? I hope not!
Ah I see. As a non-gamer I'm a bit clueless when it comes to video games. Shooting in real life is much more fun.
