I'm not sure that government shutdown will have any effect on the market. I think things going on in Asia are having more impact currently. I think when tax returns come in US Bitcoin will go on another big run.

Crack downs only have a short term affect and makes the currency more attractive. Nobody trusts governments anymore so anything that decentralizes will eventually rise.
