Happy
Afternoon everyone…..
Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers out there. It’s a thankless job for the most part. Until you reach the age of reason. I appreciate every concession my mom has made for me while growing up. I was a very busy child, and back then having only one vehicle as a family mad things more challenging. I played three sports for the majority of my childhood, and mom managed around my busy life.
Aside from it being Mother’s Day, it also happens to be my birthday. It’s ironic because I was also born on a Mother’s Day as well. At my age, I really don’t celebrate my birthday for the most part. My girlfriend took me out to dinner the other night knowing that I had a very busy install on Thursday & Friday of this week.
Aside from the install on Friday which was over two hours away south of me. On my way back I had arranged to stop off at an estimate which was in Ortley Beach, New Jersey. It’s a beautiful shore point in New Jersey near Seaside Heights. It’s a new construction house, in which a client of mine from up north has decided to retire and move there. They bought a house in a really nice neighborhood of Ortley Beach and knocked it down.
They are building an absolutely beautiful monster house. I met him and his wife at the house which is currently framed and sheathed. It’s a five bedroom, six bathroom house with an elevator being included in the construction.
What they want from me:
Vanities for all six bathrooms.
Full kitchen cabinets with island.
A full walk in pantry room of cabinets.
Three walk in closets.
A bar.
A fireplace mantel, which cabinets and shelving on each side.
A full laundry room ensemble of cabinets.
And finally a mud room set up with cabinets.
Here are some of the blueprint plans.
Lots to do….
