A true spring day

Afternoon everyone ….

We are back to normal April weather today. It was just over sixty degrees today and it rained the better part of the morning. It stayed overcast the entire day which made it dreary, but it stopped raining before noon.

Any how…..

Today I’m going to share a Benjamin Franklin half dollar. This coin has been graded by PCGS as an MS64. It’s a 1952-S, which means it was struck at the San Francisco Mint.

Here’s a little info on the coin… 1952 S Franklin Half Dollars Liberty Bell Mintage: 5,526,000 Minted at: San Francisco Designer - Engraver: John R SinnockMetal Composition: 90% Silver - 10% Copper Diameter: 30.6 mmMass / Weight: 12.5 grams What This Coin Looks Like (Obverse, Reverse, Mint Mark Location, Special Features, etc.):

This one has tons of original mint luster and is in great condition. These older Franklin half dollars are harder to find in good condition with a nice strike.
