Good posture works wonders in how others perceive you. Straight posture exudes confidence, credibility and poise, while slouching makes you look not professional and indifferent.

Make a circular motion with the shoulders back, try not to look tense, let the muscles of the upper part of your body to relax, maintaining a straight posture from the inside. image
