Spiritual warfare: In your struggle against sin, you have not yet resisted to the point of shedding your blood. Hebrews 12:4

The apostle Paul in his epistle to the Hebrews, among his most important themes, highlighted the importance of the Christian spiritual warfare.
And he gave as an example the life of Jesus, who before beginning his public life was tempted in the desert by the devil, who offered him all the kingdoms of the world if he would bow down to worship him (Matthew 4:1-11). Lord Jesus was subjected to the temptations of the concupiscence and emerged triumphant, and more, Jesus preferred the cross rather than that false happiness that comes from the apparent goods, such as happiness and money, as he taught in the Sermon on the Mount (Luke 6:20-26).
And Paul expressed this spiritual truth in this way:
"Let us keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, on whom our faith depends from beginning to end. He did not give up because of the cross! On the contrary, instead of the joy that was offered to him, he thought nothing of the disgrace of dying on the cross, and he is now seated at the right side of God's throne" Hebrews 12:2.
Paul with his authority continued with his teaching and remarked to the recipients of the epistle that those who wish to live according to the spirit must accept the rejection of those who accept to live according to the flesh; because the impulses of the flesh, such as the low passions, guilt, hatred and envy, are opposed to the designs of God.
And in this way, to motivate new Christians, Paul continued to describe the example of Christ that all those called to the Kingdom of God have as an example to follow:
"Consider him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart. In your struggle against sin, you have not yet resisted to the point of shedding your blood" Hebrews 12:3-4.
Paul thus concluded his reasoning by explaining that if a believer in Jesus accepts the sin as the norm of life, he cannot be saved or receive the gift of eternal life.

Nice article, but i personally do not consider any warfare when it comes to religion, all religion should touch love and only love.
