SIX WEEK HEALTH CHALLENGE: WHAT I DO TO DE STRESS

Personally am a very emotional person so i tend to get stressed out easily.
For me what i use to destress myself is the gym, this is because apart from easing off my stress, it also helps to keep me fits.
I hit the gym each time i feel stressed out and this has really worked for me so i will advice us to do same because you never can tell what what work for you.
