Week SIX of #sixweekhealth Challenge: veggie-taco.
Welcome my Steemit's friends. Today I will tell you about how to cooking a Mexican taco without meat neither fats.
First I show you the ingredients in order to make delicious bread, we need:
200 grams of flour
50 cm of oil
A little of salt
Oregano and Water
First, add to the flour all the ingredients and with your hand knead the dough until form a ball, and leave rest during 1 hour.
Cut the dough in little balls and extend until have a fine and round bread.
Heat the kitchen and put then during 10 minutes, or until the bread was toasted.
Now, I present you the ingredients to the beans sauce:
100 grams of cooked beans
3 tomatoes
50 cm of oil with garlics
A little of salt
Coriander
First, we have cut the tomatoes and roast until they start to turn a little burn.
Next liquefy them with the oil, garlics and a little of water.
Add the beans, the tomatoes' sauce and other ingredients in a casserole and leave to reduce.
Finally the ingredients to the avocado´s salad are:
An avocado
100 grams of corn cream
A onion
A lemon
2 little sweet paprika
Coriander
We have only to cut and mix all the ingredients.
If you prefer you can add chili pepper, or another seasoning.
Now, we have just to serve the plate.
We add a little of chees, and we are ready to eat and enjoy this beautiful, delicious and healthy Mexican veggie-taco without fats, with refreshing lemonade.
