Drawing From Lake Quinault
Here is a drawing I did with pen in Washington State of a cabin on Lake Quinault. This area is in the rainforest and the cabin sits on a hill with massive trees surrounding it. I felt like I needed to represent the size and feeling of the cabin nestled into the forest.
The drawing is on 18" x 24" paper and was done in about an hour and a half on site. I sat on the edge of an old boat that was pulled up on shore. The lake was behind me, not seen in the drawing. Hope you enjoy this.
