Skiathos Sailing, (close to the airstrip)

Skiathos has an interesting Airport! It's really small and can be easily located on a map of the whole island which isn't particularly big.

I would watch the locals sailing close to the strip not bothered by the Jets landing.

There's a Taverna right next to the the landing zone so you can watch the planes come in - a must if you visit Skiathos.

Plus interesting health and safety signs which deter you from getting too close (as shown below).
