Hello steemian friends, on this occasion I will participate in a cardiovascular exercise course, after studying the material in the course I feel interested in trying to do this exercise at home.

Honestly, the cardio exercises given in this course are not too complicated and easy to do, besides that I often do exercises like this before doing other sports activities such as playing futsal, soccer and badminton.

Six months ago I did a blood test, the results showed that I have bad cholesterol, therefore I started to regularly carry out exercise activities to lose weight, burn fat, and reduce the negative effects of cholesterol, I hope this exercise can give maximum results for my body. Let's try to do it now.

My face was covered in sweat after doing the movements in this course.

After doing the cardiovascular exercises as given in this course I can feel that my heart beats faster, this is because the running, jumping jam, and jumping rope exercises make the body push up and down for several times, thus making the heart pump. In addition, I could feel a significant difference in my heart rate from before starting the exercise and after doing the three exercises.

A racing heartbeat after doing these exercises can be considered normal, therefore I did mouth breathing so that the heart rate could slowly return to the previous tempo. In addition, mouth breathing can help reduce excessive fatigue, which is something I often do when doing strenuous sports activities such as playing futsal and soccer. If you've ever watched soccer players they often do this too, this is what makes them not tired of running all the time in the middle of the field.

These three exercises can make my body sweat faster than running on a treadmill, it only takes about 5-6 minutes to complete this exercise and make my body sweat a lot.

The first day of doing this exercise I was still a little stiff, because at that time I needed to see some examples of the movements performed, then just started recording them. On the second day, I no longer needed to watch the video because I had memorized all the movements that needed to be done. On my second day I also felt more relaxed, at ease, and did not feel burdened when doing this exercise, having finished doing all three exercises I immediately went back to regulating my breathing so that I would not feel tired quickly.
