I only take something to help me sleep when I've exhausted all other options. As you can see from https://niagratonic.com/how-to-sleep-fast-in-5-minutes/, there are things you can try before taking meds. Meditation really works if you do it properly. You can also try5-HTP Bedtime Gummies instead of Ambien. It's a much safer option that really works.
