Hello @lazariko12. Thats really well written and informative . I totally agree with you .. sleep is something thats been both ignored and over used these days. As people are getting more inclined towards the technology , their sleep cycle is getting affected . Me , being a college student myself , know the value of sleeping the perfect amount of time .and when I say the perfect amount , I mean just the right amount after which we don't feel tired and sleepy anymore . Sleeping plays an important role in determining a persons health and the immunological system of that person and shouldn't be ignored . Gotta eat well ,sleep well and live healthy .
