That's the whole point to doodling! It calms the parasympathetic nervous system (makes you patient). It is meditative and helps you think more clearly (it's why we doodle on the phone, if we do. Tip: start then and there!)

Then again, phones don't really work like that anymore.... you need a free thumb to doodle....

I'm interested in these stuff and in past few years i have started doing it and stoped at somepoint. It really made me relax. It really made me relax. I should start it again.
