Есть такие люди, профессионалы. Они лучшие в каком либо деле, будь-то работа или хоби. Этого уровня не способны достичь все, но те кто достигает могут диктовать свои условия на любой работе. Даже если вы дворник, но вы лучший в своем деле, вы можете диктовать свои условия работы. К примеру я кассир и договарился, что любая моя подработка теперь оплачивается в момент прихода на работу. Денег нет, я развернулся и ушел. Очень удобно, не правда ли? Но есть и такие профессионалы которые не догадываются, что они лучшие в своем деле и их будет очень тяжело заменить, а в некоторых случаях не реально. И они к сожалению не требуют своих условий, а жаль. А еще есть те кто не умеет совершенно работать, но пытаются ставить свои условия. Начальство конечно не слушает их и не увольняет ровно до момента подбора кадровой замены.
Так что те кто хорош в своем деле и усердно, и главное честно работает, не забывайте, вы можете получить больше.=
