Smart cash was launched on July 11, 2017. It's a community driven coin that offers voting and great rewards. Let's look over some benefits of SmartCash.

Community Coin and Smart Voting

SmartCoin adopts decentralized management for its own development. The community decides how the cryptocurrency will develop, this is achieved through SmartVoting.

Smart Voting system allows holders to put forward initiatives and for other users to vote on them. A smart token equals to 1 vote. Best ideas move up the list of priorities and will catch attention of SmartCash developers.

The effectiveness of the system comes from a large number of participants and the more participants there are the more effective the system is.

Smart Rewards

Smart Rewards encourage long term storage of coins which is a great mechanism for price stabalization. Holders with 1000 or more smart tokens will receive a 15% reward every 30 days after 25th of each month.

80% of all block rewards are allocated to find Smart Hive community as well as Hive teams. 20% of the remaining partial awards are divided between miners (5%) and Smart Rewards (15%)

Instant Pay

This feature allows instant point of sale for online and in stores purchases. ( faster than Visa and MasterCard)

Instant Pay technology uses network nodes to transfer data about a scheduled transaction and allow other nodes of the network to know about the transaction thereby making it possible for instant payments in the absence of errors when creating the blocks.

( This feature is not yet implemented but is due to be released very soon in late 2017.)
