The latest news about Verge being hacked for the SECOND TIME in the year lead me to generate my meme formulating a question.
Why are coins like VERGE allowed to exchanges like these?

This question made me think as well of this other coin that had copied the Ethereum white paper and has been declared by many crypto-experts to be kind of a scam, yes, I'm talking about Tron, on how they both made it to the big exchanges?

What does it take for a very FINE and DECENT coin as SMARTCASH to be considered by these big exchanges that had instead listed Sh**t Coins (as @crypt0 called one of them), instead?
BITTREX, BINANCE, UPBIT HOUBI, and many other BIG exchanges, What is required for a coin to be considered in your exchanges and when will you come to your senses to consider a FULL COMMUNITY GOVERNED COIN?
