Yes those edits are sick, I was impressed too and I think I work more the 1 hour or 2 and testing many things and even when the picture was finished it can be done more on it.
what apps were you using btw? the time is worth somehow as you said like commercial one.
I take my pictures with my phone, an S7 EDGE and I use an app HedgeCam2 for taking pictures (it is free) and use it in HDR mode then I edit my picture on my phone sometimes with an app called Polarr (free version) but when I want to make some edits more powerful I edit my photos in Lightroom on PC. Lightroom is amazing for editing photos and if you have an android phone HedgeCam2 is a beast camera app.
