Super Fruit Smoothie
Hey everyone, this is my first post, lets get right into the smoothie!
Ingredients
- 1 Ripped Mango
- 1 Banana
- 1 Apple
- 1 small Orange/half of one
- 1/2 cup of Oatmeal
- 5 tps of Yogurt
- 1 cup of Milk
Optional Ingredients to add!
- 1 large leaf of Kale
- 20 grams of Protein
- 10 Dark Chocolate Chips!
Make sure you blend the oatmeal thoroughly, a great way to satisfy your hunger!
A description of the taste would be a fruity chocolate pudding. I hope you enjoy the smoothie, please comment and tell me your favorite one!

Trust me, add dark choc chips, its taste wonderful!

If you don't like it too sweet, skip the orange, but make sure you put dark choc chips in, its taste really good
