hello I just want to get you opinion that can I download this application and use it or its just scam???
This isnt a scam as far as I can tell, no one asked for money from you, its an avenue to provide free healthcare, if it doesn't work out with SMTs, which it surely will, it will be ported to another blockchain and the project continued .
The creator actually spent money to create this.
