I am a level 7 contributor to Google Maps but have neglected my G+ page completely after registering there years ago. Not always sure what the value of all the hundreds of options are. Will be following your posts with interest.

      I have a friend in the resort biz in Northern Thailand. He uses the heck out of this and get 100's of thousands of visits each month. I'm not sure if he translates that to paying guests or not but he sure gets the hits. It's all slice of life and tourism type stuff. I'm on G+ but only share random posts on it.

        I have to admit I am quite prolific on posting, my photos alone have had over 1.4 million views! The problem now is, unless I go away somewhere I can't review anywhere as I have pretty much covered the entire local area. :)
