I love the idea of distilling out and distributing campaign information on tried and tested and known-to-work patterns. It could help to prevent duplicated effort and needless re-invention. Highly valuable in a (currently) small advocacy group such as the SolarCoin Community.
A similar thing happens in software development... or at least should!
