Chicken and leek soup

| Ingredients | Quantity |

| Chicken breast meat | 155 grams |
| Saki | 2 tea. tea |
| Chicken stock | 3 cups |
| Sugar | 2 tsp. tea |
| Lemon juice | of 1-2 lemons |
| Soyas, light | 1 te. tea |
| Thin slices of lemon |
Procedure:
Boil chicken meat in 4 cups of water. Cut the meat into small slices. Drain off the boiling water and mix 3 cups of the stock back into the meat.
Leak 1 cm. Cut into long pieces. Keep with the meat.
Mix together the soy sauce, saki, sugar, lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon of salt and add to the soup. Bring the soup to a boil. Remove the leeks as soon as they are cooked.
Pour the soup into separate soup bowls and squeeze thin slices of lemon into the soup. Serve immediately
