Hello Everyone!!

I hope you all are good and doing well. Today I'm here to be a part of this amazing contest"SLC28-W1 // "Tomatoes Soup". First of all I would like to congratulate @uzma4882 for being selected as contest organiser in SLC-S28 . I hope this wintervwe will enjoy delicious soups 🍲 recipes from her. Today tomato soup seems very appitizing and delicious.

Let's move towards the contest task.

🍲 Make an in detail step by step recipe of Tomatoes Soup .

I'm trying first time tomato soup and I'm following the same recipe that is given by teacher @uzma488.

Ingredients :

Organic Tomatoes 450-500g
Scallions leaves Few 8-12g
Garlic 3 cloves
Back Pepper ⅕ tsp
Zera Powder ⅕ tsp
Turmeric Powder ⅕ tsp
Chicken Powder ⅕ tsp
Soy sauce ¹ tsp
Chilli sauce ¹ tsp
Butter 2-3 tsp or olive oil also can use
Cornflour 1tsp

Making :

  • Wash tomatoes properly and cut then into teo half. Put these tomatoes in a pan and add 1/2 cup of water and covered it with lid. Cook them for five minutes.

  • After 5 mintutes peel off all tomatoes skin and blend it to make its smooth puree.

  • Add 1tbsp of butter in a pan and add chopped garlic and sotey it for a minute and add chopped spring onion in it and sotey it.

  • Add all spices in it and fry them for few minutes .
    Add tomato puree in it and add 1 cup of water and cook it for 7-8 minutes on low flame.

  • Add soya sauce, chilli sauce and chicken powder to enhance the taste of soup.

  • Dissolve 1/2tsp of cornflour in 1/2cup of water and add it in soup to give silky smooth texture. Cook it until you get desire consistency.

  • Delicious tomato soup is ready to enjoy.

Tomatoes Soup is a nutrient-rich food that provides numerous health benefits, especially during the winter season. It provides vitamin C, lycopane , Potassium, fiber and antioxidants. So these ingredients give many health benefits. Vitamin C helps to boost immune system and prevent us from cough and cold. Lycopane helps to protect cell damage so help to prevent certain cancer. Potassium helps to regulate blood pressure and helps in heart healh. Fiber improve digestive system and antioxidants helps to protect inflammation and oxidative stress.

I don't face any difficulty during making the soup. All steps with ingredients are clearly mentioned in contest post and I made delicious tomato soup.
