Warmly Welcome to Steemit Learning Challenge Season 28 . I would like to thank @steemitblog for giving me this honorable opportunity. The winter season has now started. Everyone wants to eat healthy food according to the season and warm their body against the cold.
In that course we will learn different recipes of soup that provides to us essential nutrients, warmth against cold , hydrate our body against the dry coldness, keep the body energetic and make our immune system strong by using ingredients like chicken, corn , veggies and lentils.Each recipe is designed to keep you cozy, healthy, and inspired throughout the chilly season
🌽 Chicken Corn Soup 🍲
Chicken Corn Soup is the best coziest and nourishing warmth soup bowl in the winter season. The main ingredient chicken has protein that brings a strengthened body muscles and strong immunity system. Another tender ingredient which is corn has natural fiber and carbohydrates supports to effective digestion and steady energy in the body.
The combination of the chicken ,corn , egg's , minerals and specific condiments provides comforting soup bowl that's beneficial in rapid and healthy recovery in case of flue , cold ،cough , fever and chest infection in the cozy and coldy winter season.

Ingredients
| Chicken | 250g |

| Corn | 1 cup |
| water | 5 cups |
| Eggs | 2 |
| Soya sauce | ¹ tsp |
| Vinegar | ¹ tsp |
| Chilli Sauce | ¹ tsp |
| Salt | ½ tsp |
| Black Pepper | ½ tsp |
| White pepper | ½ tsp |
| Garlic | 🧄 |
| Paprika powder | ½ tsp |
| Corn flakes / corn flour | ³ tsp |
🌽 Making Process of Chicken Corn Soup 🍲
In the very first step, I have taken bones chicken because its stock is best for making soup. For this , I dip the chicken for 5 minutes in the White vinegar for cleaning deeply. Then washed it with the flowing water.

I have taken one complete small piece of Ginger and put the 5 cup of water in there pressure cooker and added one table spoon salt and let the chicken boiled for 5-10 minutes. Like this , In 1 glass of water added in the pressure cooker and ½tsp added salt and let the fresh corn cooked well for 10-15 minutes under the medium flame.

Chicken and corn are well cooked , Now we sperate the beans of corn from the corn roots and then removed the chicken from the bones and shred it finely with using fork . Both main ingredients are now ready to continue process of making chicken corn soup.

I have taken the pan for making the soup. For this , I have added just ¹tsp oil and lightly fried the boiled chicken to develop delicious and healthy taste of chicken in the soup. Then side by side we will add the further ingredients.

We already strained the stock of the boiled chicken. At the meantime when we feel the fragrance of the spices and frying chicken then we will add stock of the boiled chicken and boiled corns. And let them cook for more 10 minutes. Then we beat the eggs and pour them in the making soup pan at the meanwhile stirring continuseally until the create silky ribbons.

In the last step, we will add the cornflakes or corn flour accordingly to the soup texture and soup thickness in the half cup of water. Mixed it well and gently added into cooking soup. Most important thing is to continue stir the soup to avoid lumps into soup. Then we cooked it for more 10 minutes until the actual color and thickness of the soup come to see. We will sprinkler black pepper in the end and now time up to dish out chicken corn soup in the soup bowl. You can served with boiled eggs and sausages.
