Beneficios del Malojillo
Hola chicos de steemit ¿cómo están todos el día de hoy. Mi nombre es @chuito y para mi publicación de hoy le traigo los beneficios del Malojillo.
El malojillo es una mata muy conocida en Venezuela, es muy utilizada como medicina casera, pero por muchos años ha sido utilizado en la cocina, se hace de diferentes maneras, pero una muy reconocida es hervirla en agua, y tomarla tibia, es un remedio muy eficaz.
Tiene varios beneficios como; cuida la piel, salud celular, sistema inmunologico, desintoxicacion, sistema nervioso, olor corporal, infecciónes, insomnio, cuida al estómago y a la respiración.
