Receta de Espárragos crujientes
Una receta divertida y rápida con espárragos y tapas de masa.
- 12 espárragos descongelados
- 2 lonchas de jamón crudo
- 2 tapas
- virutas de parmesano
- aceite de oliva.
Cocine a fuego medio 10-15 minutos según sus gustos, controlando el volumen de agua.
Haga dos racimos de 6 espárragos y envuelva una loncha de jamón crudo a su alrededor.
Tome unatapa, coloque unas virutas de queso parmesano y doble uno de los bordes hacia adentro.
Coloque uno de los ramos de espárragos, dejando que las puntas sobresalgan.
Ruede la tapita apretando un poco.
En una sartén caliente con un poco de aceite de oliva, dore por todos lados.
Colocar sobre servilletas de papel y servir caliente.
