🍰 Cupcakes rellenos de helado 🍨
Ingredientes:
Medio litro de helado de fresa
Una taza y media de leche evaporada
Una taza y media de azúcar
4 huevos
1 taza de mantequilla
3 tazas de harina
Media cdta. de sal
Dos cdas. de extracto de vainilla
1 cda. de polvo de hornear
Preparación:
Precalentar el horno a 180°C.
Luego mezclar la harina con el resto de ingredientes, aparte, mezclar el azúcar y la mantequilla hasta homogenizar, luego, agregar los huevos uno a uno y el extracto de vainilla. De forma alternada, agregar un poco de leche y luego la mezcla de ingredientes secos. Mezclar hasta conseguir que la masa creada tenga una consistencia uniforme.
Verter en moldes para cupcakes y llevar al horno por media hora aproximadamente.
Enfriar y levantar la parte superior con ayuda de una cuchara, rellenar con helado y volver a cubrir.
