Types of Spanish

What country's Spanish sounds best? I find it a constant debate among Spanish speakers. What about non-Spanish speakers, any preference? The thick-throat Spanish from many parts of Spain? or the fluid, dance-like Spanish from the Caribbean, Venezuela and Colombia? Or would you choose a third option?
