love those who hate you -- Amar a quienes os aborrecen

If there is something difficult in this life, it is to love our enemies and pay good for evil. In any case, it is what God wants from us and he helps us to carry it out. How is it possible? The Holy Spirit of God is the one who guides us and gives us the power to do so.

But to you who hear, I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you; bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you.
