1 lata de crema de leche (Esp.: Nata) 1 vasito de dulce de leche 4 claras de huevo Nueces molidas Batir las claras a punto de nieve. Aparte batir la crema hasta que haga picos. Mezclar las dos preparaciones con mucho cuidado. Añadir el dulce de leche con movimientos envolventes para que no se baje. Colocar en copas altas y espolvorear con nueces molidas.
