Postre Danés de Manzanas
Base: 500g manzanas, 50cc agua, 1cda. Azúcar; Cobertura: 100 g manteca, (Esp.: Mantequilla) 60 g azúcar, 200 g pan rallado TANTE GRETTY.
Con las manzanas, el agua y el azúcar realice una compota (si le gusta, para mejorar su sabor agregue un trocito de cáscara de limón y unos clavos de olor). Cuando esté lista, colóquela en una fuente y espolvoréela con abundante canela en polvo. Aparte diluya la manteca en una sartén, agregue el pan rallado (no debe ser rebozador, ya que no debe contener condimentos) y el azúcar y revuelva sobre el fuego hasta que la mezcla se dore suavemente. Distribuya sobre la compota y acompáñelo -tibio o frío- con abundante crema líquida.
