Postrecito de Leche
1 taza de leche, 2 cdas. de azúcar, 2 cdas. de maicena, C/n de esencia de vainilla, C/n de cáscara de limón.
Hervir la leche con el azúcar, la cáscara de limón y la esencia. Aparte, disolver la maicena en un poco de leche fría y agregarla a la preparación anterior, revolviendo rápidamente con cuchara de madera para que no se formen grumos. Dejar hervir 5 minutos, revolviendo continuamente; cuando adquiere consistencia cremosa está listo.
